I can't even explain the disappointment when this is how you start your day. No only were they out of what I originally wanted, then to receive the alternative 2/3 full after paying $5 adds insult to injury. How as a barista you can't manage to fill a cup is beyond me. And to top it off my name was not only incorrect but not even close so there was confusion whether it was even my drink to start. Another Alameda Starbucks bites the dust.

Ordered a grande caramel brûlée latte this morning via mobile app pickup. Picture shows the drink (without a sip taken). Really? For like $6 please fill SOMEwhat full.

Shopping around and want a simple cup of coffee? The Starbucks at South Shore Center is central, quick to make drinks, and has inside and outside seating options. But, at the end of the day, it's a Starbucks so you know what you're getting #PSL
