As I sit in line I check to see the reviews! They are not lying about how slow this place is. I'm not sure if it's the customers ordering slow or the staff driving down to the nearest Starbucks to get the order (lol) . I'm not in a rush but feel like I should be while I'm waiting in line. I sat in the line and ordered ahead, guy on the other end of the mic had a very friendly voice.
