The wait is ridiculous….We walked in to order and the shop wasn’t even busy. The staff seems to keep getting the orders wrong for other customers and the cashier spent a very long amount of time to catch up with his friends before taking our order. It is all well and good to catch up but not when there’s 3 people waiting in the queue. Another observation is that the coffee making station looks sloppy and could use a clean. Well, at least the coffee is good and the cranberry bliss bar too.
