This is by far the worst Starbucks in Northern VA. They will get your mobile orders consistently wrong. Once or twice is an anomaly, but consistently getting orders wrong and taking over 15 minutes to process an order is just sad. Avoid this starbucks.

In fairness to the institution, I don't really understand people's obsessions with Starbucks. It's expensive, inconsistent, and the employees are oftentimes stuck up mask nazis. The food looks freeze dried to me and it's bland. You order on your app to save time until you get to the counter and have to do the awkward look for your name on a bag or cup. I watched once, and so many people pawed over that pile, molesting your order, it makes me wonder why people are tripping out over masks? You just ate a cupcake covered in some landscaper's poop! I watched him exit the restroom and walk directly to the pile and start shifting your bag looking for his. Kinda invalidates that mask because now you have the rona and...probably hepatitis. So let me know when you get it, I'll come visit you. I still won't wear one of those stupid masks though. I want you to know, I smell your fear behind that mask, and it makes me stronger.
