Nice staff, normally our drinks are decent. We have had a couple drinks that tasted burnt, but the staff are really nice and social to our young children.

I wish this particular Starbucks received more positive than negative reviews. Their staff is phenomenal. I have often brought large groups with me, and they are consistently flexible and accommodating. I have even had a good experience with their drive-thru. Of course, you have to deal with a long line now and then, but the attitude of the staff makes this bearable. This place is now my go-to Starbucks in Kingwood.
