There is this rude lady name Bri who said I LIED about a MOBILE ORDER for my manager. I talked to this very sweet lady who was very nice at the register but Bri is rude and nasty. I work in the mall and us mall workers pretty much give this Starbucks business. With Bri there, you cant even get a water cup or anything. Saying that I lied about a mobile order. I was talking to the lady AT REGISTER while she just jumps in all rude without me explaining that its a mobile order. My manager went down and Bri literally lies and says that i didnt show her anything. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN MYSELF Never getting my drink while she is there.

Had a really good experience here! I came in the morning around 9:30am so not much of a rush. Ordered and got my items quickly. I've been here during busier times too and although the wait is longer the employees are still friendly and get my order correct. I always get a chocolate croissant and love iced chai with oat milk and brown sugar syrup. I used to work at a coffee shop so I know how busy it can get. I always make sure to be extra courteous during busier times for that reason. Anyways this Starbucks is the closest to me so I come often!
