Staff are very friendly. I went here twice while in Seattle for business and was warmly greeted coming in each time. Made my drinks and food correctly.

I recently worked at Emerald City Comic Con and wandered in desperate for caffeine. Alec, in the big bow, was such an absolute angel to me. I thought my drink was possibly made wrong, it wasnt I was confused, but he made me a new one and seriously made my day. Top notch personality and customer service from Alec.
