This Starbucks is so disgusting and has put a bad name to the Starbucks name. The B team and especially Crystal. Has made this environment so awful. I feel so bad the regular customers of the store. I have seen first hand how awful Crystal treats her partners. She deserves to be fired. I heard that from an inside source that there was mold in the ice bins. This whole store needs to be SHUT DOWN. Drive thru lines are always wrapped around the building and my food is always cold. They have refused to fix my orders or refund me. The bathrooms are DISGUSTING with needles everywhere.

The service was slow, it seemed they were very understaffed. My drink was disgusting and my breakfast sandwich was cold in the middle. When I poured out my iced drink into my sink, I saw mold in the ice. Staff was rude. Would not recommend to go there. Ever!!

My espresso shots were burnt, I was not greeted when I walked in the door even though I was the only one in line. I asked to speak to a manager because there was also needles in the bathroom, but the staff told me she was busy in the back. There is obviously no management or leadership happening at this location.
