Been waiting an hour to get 5 drinks, meanwhile 5-6 people who came in after us already got their order. When I inquired with Cassie about if she happened to have called my name yet, she responded with an attitude “you ordered 5 drinks, it’s going to take a VERY long time for me to make them.” Then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes.

Just left today around 11:30 and the young lady at the window is Rued the lead, manager whatever her title holds is Rued.I asked for a simple solution to the confusion a refund why I gotta get a rued lecture about the bun of the impossible breakfast sandwich cointaining milk .Wasn’t the time line hanging down the driveway I am trying to get out so others behind me can enjoy there day but the two wanted to defeat me about a breakfast sandwich that I no longer wanted because she said ,they scrap the cheese off .I got it the sandwich isn’t for me PERIOD refund let me go but NOPE not a suggestion a lecture words they actually matter.
