Guy at the drive thru was extremely rude. Don’t come to this place so many other Starbucks with much better service

I hate writing bad reviews so I'm asking for the owner of this location to please give me an e mail so i can make my statement. Normally this location is good. Today i had a horrible experience with an employee. I've worked in the service industry for years, if this was one of my employees i would have fired him on the spot. In a world post covid, you would think customer service would be a priority.
