Ok so as a rewards member for years…everytime I come to this location it’s always an issue..BUT today was the tip of the iceberg..they made all of my three drinks wrong..came back with receipt and they remade my drinks, made me wait 20 min, when employee came out to give me my drinks her words were “ima need you to take a drink out of each drink to make sure they taste right” are you kidding me?! I offered to drink one of them because they were all the same and I’m not going to drink out of drinks that are not ALL mines..most dumbest experience I have ever had..I left the drinks there..I literally spend 15-20 bucks DAILY at Starbucks 5-6 days a week! Terrible, terrible service. They will ALWAYS mess your order up in one way or another. They will forget to include things from your order and certainly miss in the coffee. It’s been 6 consecutive visits and they give you attitude when you let them know something was missed.
