I usually only leave positive reviews here. If I have a negative experience, I don’t say anything. But - this location is usually excellent! However, I discovered it seems to be only great in the morning. By afternoon, not so much. So far, I’ve had 2 lattes that I had to throw out. I’ve ordered these lattes so many times, I know exactly how it tastes, smells. These last 2 were very disappointing.

Didn’t ask my latte to be sweet but it happened to be sweet for multiple times! Can you just pay attention when you make drinks???

Always running out of stuff, dirty tables (even when they're not busy), and employees seem slightly miserable. Other locations are better, if you must have Starbucks.
