Came by to get a regular coffee and a sandwich. I keep forgetting how they are always sold out of the menu items. The wait is ridiculously long, I understand why since they are not understaffed. Mental note! Don't come back!

Wow!!! I don't think I've ever experienced this before at a Starbucks! The attitude and sarcasm was way over the top--and in front of their manager! Thank God it's not my regular Starbucks so I'm never returning here. I'm the type of person that treats all service individuals with respect and to get this type do treatment is just shameful. Get it together, Artesia Starbucks.
