This location goes against everything the Starbucks brand stands for. Today, I mobile ordered a drink, and had to wait a full hour to get my drink. Meanwhile, the staff members were talking to each other and making drinks out of order. Once I got my drink, it was made completely wrong. Only this Starbucks would forget to put coffee in a drink that has COFFEE in its name. They also don't make other drinks right, for example, they don't put water in chai lattes, no vanilla in...
