The business is closed 2 hours early; they left a paper sign without explanation or justification. This is after stopping at the location down the street that is closed for no apparent reason. Neither app nor website lists these changes. Free market capitalism: yea, you can open and close whenever you want, but treating me badly means you lose all of my future business.

Bad excuse of a cafe. They have 5-6 workers and can't even keep up with the volume of a regular 2 person cafe. Orders took over 15 minutes even with very few people in the to go line. Coffee was fine though Starbucks if you like it.

I come to the river oaks location pretty often as of recently. I accidentally and came into the river oaks location today for my Mobile order and I didn’t see it on the counter. I showed the tall dark haired man my mobile order through the phone (and keep in mind it was not busy in the store) and he said he couldn’t help me because the order didn’t go through. So I’m confused and realized I must’ve accidentally did pick up for a different location because I stop by a few of them depending on what’s in stock. I asked him if he could explain to me where on the mobile app I could find the location set for my order because so I could redirect myself to the right location. He was just brushing me off the whole time saying “the order didn’t go through here” and I asked about 2-3 times the same question because I was still having a hard time finding the answer on the app myself and ended up walking out very frustrated because everything he said back to me had no relevance to my question he kept pushing the fact the order didn’t go through. If it were busy I’d understand, but it wasn’t, he was unwilling to help, not the type of employee I’d expect to see at a Starbucks because I feel like Starbucks carry’s themself a lot better than McDonald’s behavior. If he couldn’t of help he should’ve just said so, or even if the case were he didn’t hear me he could’ve asked me to repeat my question louder. I spend too much money with the company to be blown off like that.I called back and I’m referring about hunter specificallyI’ve never had any issues with any other baristas here infact the rest have been very pleasant!
