I spend 15 mins getting there just so they can tell me that “sorry, we only do drive through or order on app”. Then why does dine in has a green check mark. And I don’t have the Starbucks app, so can’t order. I ditched that place for a tea place that’s only 3 blocks away

I've come here twice already and ordered through mobile app but dinning has been closed. While I love Starbucks and their amazing service as a franchise an easy fix would have been a table setup right at the front door for their mobile pickups instead of wasting customers time by having them think they are ordering ahead just to show up and have to wait in line that's always 10+ cars. The first time I counted 11 cars and today there are 15 cars. FYI I was told this location will NEVER open their dinning again it will be DRIVE THRU ONLYUPDATE 12/29/21 - I was in this very same location 3 days ago excited that they were finally allowing people to walk in and pick-up their order. Today I was scorned at by their drive thru employee who explained to me why they were closed again and suggested that I call the 1800 number to have Starbucks update location hours.
