I asked the girl on the drive thru for a specific order and she cut me off to recommend one a da of ver drink that i didn’t ask for. So i told her my order again and she just said “oh you can just get this one and we’ll just add the other stuff to it,” so i gave up and got what she said. Now my drink is too sweet and i still didn’t get the extra things that i asked for.

Something really needs to be done at this location regarding that drive thru! You got customers fighting in line about who got there first every time I come into town! Not to mention how dangerous and crazy it gets with that line getting mixed up with the main street traffic, bank traffic and all the other traffic from all the other businesses in that business plaza! This location definitely needs some serious drive thru organization Starbucks! Will most definitely be visiting another location when I’m in town. So disappointing. -Rey S.
