Where to begin… Ordered 2 simple drinks on the App- which it quoted 5-8 minutes for pick up- which is fine. Waited and waited inside while others from both the drive-thru and in-person got their drinks. After 18 minutes of waiting, I wanted my money back- the 5 staff were rude and kept saying they were swamped but everyone from the drive -thru and in-person had already gotten their drinks WAY after I ordered mine. Soo disappointed

Busy busy busy. The employee and their beverage are good. Indoor environment also nice. But it’s certainly much busier than a similar sized store.
