Today I went to this location to order several drinks for my coworkers and I. After putting in the order with the patient person behind the register I waited. When my name was called I go up to see my drinks aren't correct. The drinks were mixed up. I let the barista know and the person that took my order quickly came over to find out what was wrong and personally remade the drinks very quickly. This was a great example of how to handle a bad situation and have the customer leave happy. Great job.
