Every time I come here they mess up my order. Latest I asked if any special drinks were vegan, they didn’t know so I googled it and ordered acne with vegan milk and no whip. They still used regular milk after charging extra. Of course they remade it and the guy making the drink was super nice. But the ones taking the orders have- at least with my experience at this one location- no knowledge of their ingredients and don’t listen to the orders. Not only does milk make me sick but I personally don’t want to support an industry that kills baby cows so do better.

10/26/21One of the best Starbucks I've been to! They were SO sweet to me and made my day. 10/10 customer service and thank you to all the employees for working in these insane times. Customer service/food service is a thankless job, so thank you! AND the drink that I ordered was hot, delicious, and EXACTLY what I wanted.
