I honestly have no words. We drove up to an empty drive thru and a guy says "Can I help you?". I read off the first item of our order and there's silence. I figure, okay, maybe he is new and doesn't know to respond when they acknowledge the items. I go thru my whole order (pausing after each item) and still silence. We wait a few minutes and nothing. We say HELLO and a girl rudely comes on and says "Wait a minute!" We wait a bit longer and then the guy comes back on and asks if we have been helped. At this point I have no faith that they are competent enough to take our order or make it so...
