Upon my visit to Starbucks I encountered a very unusual situation. The person at the register happily took my order. She was nice and very attentive. The only issue I had here was with an obnoxious and rude employee named Michael. The first attempt he made on my order was incorrect and when I let him know he gave me an awful attitude. Due to his anger he made the second attempt wrong. When I asked him to properly make my drink he lashes at one of his coworkers and orders her to make my drink. I felt bad for her (Yackie) and was great ful she got my order correct.
