I haven’t came to this location in months because they never have the supplies to make my drink, not even for a coffee. Decided to come today. Drive thru was closed… why? And went inside and everyone was standing around, seemed mad that I even came in. Went to pick up my mobile order, turns out they shut it down so I accidentally ordered to another location (this is is closest so I assumed I ordered to this one) Not mad that I ordered to another location but just disappointed this location always has problems. It’s literally so convenient and on my way to work. Sad that this location always disappoints me. Never coming again.

I posted a mobile order on the app, which it told me to go through the drive through line to receive it. When I went through the drive through line, the lady told me that they needed to update the app because they no longer handle mobile orders in the drive through. I asked her since I’m already in the drive through line and it’s difficult to get out of, can she just hand me my drink. She said that I will still have to wait in line at the drive through in order to get out and come into the store to pick up my drink. Note that this drive through is not easy to leave from. After a few minutes of her coercing me to wait in line to get out of the drive through, I ended up backing out since there was nobody behind me.
