Literally only asked for A CUP OF ICE. Only a CUP OF ICE! Tell me why I had to stand there for 15 minutes for something that quick and easy! I guess they go according to orders placed at the register! Not only they just chitchatting between themselves wasting customers' time but I wonder why the guy at the register who was not doing anything, could not give me a cup of ice!!! SMH!

They have horrible customer service, I understand it gets busy being in the mall but it won’t affect anything if you actually acknowledge our question.. I asked for a cup holder and I was completely ignored, a “we don’t have any” would of been fine.. it happens all the time. I order from this Starbucks unfortunately because it’s the only one that has mobile order and I work at the mall but it’s ridiculous how rude they are all the time.
