as a healthcare worker our body is 99% coffee so our orders are important. i have been going to this Starbucks on Beauregard for a year because it's the closest - not ONCE have they gotten the order right. my roommate drives out of her to another location because it's just that bad. and now i'm FRUSTRATED. i ordered a "shaken" coffee so tell me why the powder is sitting at the bottom of the cup????????? they do this when i order white choc mocha espresso - the sauce is sitting at the bottom. how hard is it to just mix or shake a coffee??? sheeeesh!!!! sincerely one frustrated healthcare worker
