This place is a drug haven that's popular with the local riff raff. Police and the owner are aware that Rolland, Otis, Cody, T, and a number of other individuals are cocaine dealers who operate out of this establishment. Dante and his wife deal heroin out of this establishment and the owner allows it. A lady named LuLu gets drunk and takes pills and asks random females if they are pregnant, in a bar. She's unbelievably rude. This is the regular clientele....
