State Fair was Fire, great food and the portions are generous. The drinks were satisfying and prices were reasonable. The only flaw was I felt rushed. We had a 7:45 reservation, we were eating and the lights flashed at 8:30pm. Who the hell does that? So tacky, so we felt compelled to hurry up and get out. Management if your ready to walk out the door at 9:00pm, don't allow patrons to come in after 7:00pm.

I've been here three times and every time the food and drinks were EXCELLENT. The second time I went the service was sub par and, after alerting the manager, Miguel, (which I would typically never do) he more than made up for it. Not only did he take care of us that night but he promised to take care of us if we chose to come back. We came back a month...

4/5 stars. State Fare Kitchen & Bar @ City Centre Memorial. Came here for brunch to celebrate co-worker birthday. I order Poached Eggs on Crab Cake cake with hash brown $23, 4/5 . This very light, I really like this. Co worker got, The "Burris" Grilled Cheese with fries $18, 3.5/5. I took a taste this was ok. Birthday Girl got the State Fare Burger with fries $16. Did not get to try. Last but no least we all share the XXL Buttermilk Griddle cake 2 for $16 3.5/5. This was ok, but it was HUGE. You definitely can share it with 4-5 people. Will come back and try other things.
