Stater Bros. Markets in Placentia

I ordered groceries from Stater Bros  through Instant-cart on Saturday evening as I needed some things for Sunday.  I am handicapped with walking issues so the outside  pickup at the store worked well for me.  My order was ready at 8:30 pm so I drive to the store after letting them know I was on the way.  I parked in the designated spot, opened my trunk, and no one came out with my groceries.  I saw two employees by the door moving signs.  I called out to them and even honked but they ignored me.  I waited and waited, but no one came out to my car.  Finally I got out of the car and walked painfully to the door.  It was locked.  I grabbed a shopping cart for stability and walked slowly to the other door and went in.  I told the cashier that I had been waiting outside for my groceries.  She then told me, "oh, after 8 pm, you have to come in the store and get them yourself!"  No where on the website did it say that!  They apologized and said they would tell the manager.  I finally got my groceries and walked back out...

Coming here for 26 years.  Upsetting  they allow their cashiers  wear their  masks down below their nose.  This is horrific.  WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC and we will remain in one unless we all work together and you Stater Brothers should be absolutely ashamed of yourself.  I'm sorry but you will not be seeing me again. I rather drive further to Ralph's.

I won't shop here anymore since they don't have a policy where shoppers must wear masks. Too many exemptions are made for people and I won't put my family at risk. It's too bad because I love their meat department and that's the best part of the store. Their butchers are friendly and good at their jobs. Their produce section has also been updated and is competitive with higher prices stores
