Stater Bros. Markets in Anaheim

I do all my grocery shopping at this store since we moved here 17 years ago and today is probably my last visit there. For awhile now I've been noticing the decline in service - not being greeted at the register, employees that move with the speed of a snail, expired product on shelfs, etc.

Store is always clean, shelved stocked. Brandon the assistant fulfilled my annoying request to bring me out some strawberries and milk that were forgotten to the parking lot, because my son was asleep in the car. He had a good attitude about it.

So originally I had given Stater Bros 5 stars but now if I could I'd give it 0 stars I would!!.. So I was in line getting ready to put my things on the belt only to be verbally assaulted by the Manager of all people!! I had my SUPPORT DOG ‍ GINGER with me she is a Chihuahua puppy in training so she's super tiny.. We all know how important support animals are especially PTSD dogs which she helps me with.. So the MANAGER decided to go off on me in FRONT of my KIDS because he didn't want it there!! As you all know the Federal Government protects my rights as a disabled person to have a Service Animal and to be able to have that dog with me at all times including stores, restaurants etc.. Why he found the need to treat me like trash for having a Support Animal I'll never get it especially since we were in the middle of checking out already.. If he had a problem with it why not say something while I was shopping?? Why he found the need to berate me in front of my kids as we were preparing to leave I don't understand.. This MANAGER...
