We visited on a Wed night, and didn't have reservations but they had a couple seats at the bar open so we didn't have any wait. Bartender was very friendly and appropriately attentive. We ordered the duck spring rolls, calamari salad, chili cumin pork ribs, and vanilla duck egg custard. Enthralling dining experience. Servers and bartenders were extremely knowledgeable about cocktail and wine pairings. Our server also suggested perfect portions and flavor profiles. The crispy duck fresh rolls are divine - flaky crust with a depth of tender duck contents oozing with goodness. The tuna crudo and squash salad are refreshing accents for lighter fare.
