This Steak 'n Shake thinks dine-in means NO service whatsoever! If a restaurant cannot serve dine-in customers it should not open the f-ing dining room!! Website and sign on front door indicated dining room was open until midnight. When we exited at 8:00 pm the doors were locked and we could not leave until an employee came from the kitchen! This location was having issues before the pandemic and will be closing permanently if they continue offering this horrible dining experience!!!

Waited 24m in drive thru for food. Prepare to wait
