The food was hot, tasted great, great prices. I'm not sure what happened in the past with the steak 'n Shake but they turn themselves around during COVID-19. Went through the drive-through a pleasant older lady took my order delivered me hot hamburger fries and a great tasting sweetie. Maybe they turn themselves around and get themselves back to the way the old steak 'n Shake used to be. Give it a try or it may have just been a freak occasion.
