Not sure what's going on at this location. We usually love the food. We waited in line at the drive thru for about 20 minutes. Everyone behind us left. The girl at the window was very confused. Couldn't remember if she gave us change. It's 36° and they had no chili. I asked for 1 Ranch and ketchup and was charged 29 cents. We ordered a double burger and it was good. Cheese fries were good. Onion rings were delicious. Disappointed in the Ranch that I paid extra for. Was just Hidden Valley and not their own. Not great. You can do better.

This place has really gone down hill. The shakes we ordered had very little pieces of butterfinger was runny and the pieces of butterfinger tasted like an old candy bar. My onion rings were undercooked or over cooked and was very greasy. Our burgers were good. Had to place order from a computer and not a live person.

Steak 'n Shake is a really good restaurant and they have good food. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because 1. There drive thru is extremely slow you might as well go in and eat. 2. The bathrooms are kinda gross they smell like vomit.
