I've never been more disappointed in a chain location. I have never actually had a good experience with this Steak N Shake, and only ever return sporadically because this is the only location near my job (sometimes a girl is just craving chicken strips, even if they are a 2/10 strip). Without fail, I spend my entire 45 minute lunch break in line waiting for my overcooked food every time I decide to give it a shot, even though there is only 2-3 cars in front of me in line, and the inside has been "closed...

My daughter took one bite and spit it out last night. It was as flat as a pancake. Delivered by Uber Eats. I’ll be filing a formal complaint this afternoon with their corporate offices. What a disgusting experience. Furious that anyone would let this happen. Both Steak and Shake and Uber Eats are responsible. This was immediately put in the garbage. We were looking for a quick burger and Steak 'n Shake did not disappoint! I got the Bbq bacon cheeseburger! It was our first time and won't be our last.
