I will say this, I'm a former employee of this restaurant and I absolutely loved the place. Everything was made right, the place was spotless and the manager she is wonderful. My short time there they looked to me for a opener management because I earned my keep. Due to health reason I had to sadly leave. In a heartbeat I would gladly return there . Hope you guys see this review, miss you guys!

I have tried to use Uber Eats with this restaurant TWICE now. Each time, they accept my order and someone goes to pick it up. When they get there the drive thru is closed, the staff doesn’t answer the phone and you can’t go in. Once the store starts preparing your food, you can’t cancel and get a full refund. So you end up having to contact support, wait forever and hope you get half refunded.THEY NEED TO STOP ACCEPTING ORDERS IF THEY DONT PLAN ON GIVE IT TO YOU. It’s absolutely 100% not worth going to. There are plenty of other places to eat. Plus even when the drive thru is...

I have always liked Steak 'n ShakeBut this on just was not up to par with ones I have visited in the past. If their lobby was open and service was a bit better it would have been a good time.
