Decent food and great shakes.Overall clean,But the doors and seat cushions could use a good degreasing

Disappointing the last few visits. They were out of. Chocolate for shakes and didn't tell us so we all received vanilla. Very gross! The burgers were pink which is weird because they're think.

I am appalled I ordered fries and onion rings and two steak burgers my fries and my onion rings were so cold it was disgusting!!! This is ridiculous my fries taste like booty. Onion rings taste like fish and cheese doodles! I will make sure that I will tell all my friends and all my family and social media to never go to steak 'n Shake. This is so upsetting I'm also going to be contacting the Better Business Bureau and Obama
