I noticed two customers came in after me and the staff of 6 rushed to get the two men's orders ready while neglecting my customer's order. The order was simply a philly sandwich and chicken fried steak. I mentioned this to the manager (owner) and he became defensive with me. I entered into my app a thumbs down and mentioned a long wait time. The delay caused me to have a late delivery and as a thank you for patiently waiting the manager (owner) retaliated by giving me a negative rating. We should all take responsibility for our short comings and move on. Retaliation is the sign of a vindictive and angry person. I am only attempting to keep my job to pay my bills. We all have the right to work and be treated decently by the patrons we much interact with.
