Steve's Burgers West in Hemet

We used to like Steves burger, for there burgers and fries. Now not only are the burgers horrible, but the prices are ridiculous. I will never go there again.

Found an insect in my cup of ice tea.  This was after a few sips.  I had been drinking tea with a bug in it before noticing.  I showed it to supposed manager and she  wasn't too phased and no apology given.  I had eaten half of my sandwich before the incident.  She refunded only half the money.  I came in there to eat a full meal but how could I continue with my lunch after this incident.   A full refund should have been granted because there was an insect involved in my meal  and of course, I would never have finished my meal.  I originally came in to have a full meal. Arguing over the refund amount was a perfect example of how they care about their reputation and customers. Also when I was waiting for my refund I sat in a booth and the seat lifted up for some reason.  What I saw almost made me throw up.  The filth underneath the bench was another example of why this place should be shut down.  Would you allow this in your home? Who knows what goes on in the back.   DISGUSTING and a horrible memory.

Unfortunately, after 9 orders in a row being incorrect, I'm leaving this review and won't return. We spend over $40 each time we go for the family multiple times a month and there is always something missing or made wrong. The salsa and sauces they charge .60 each for and don't include. An order of fries missing. It goes on and on. Not like we're ordering anything odd. I even ask them about specific items and they'll tell me they're in the bag or box. I open the box and have to let them know they are not in there. Or worse, I get home and have to file a chargeback with my bank. Ridiculous.
