Worst SMG location I’ve been to. Server automatically starts with an attitude stating the automatic 15% gratituity is nowhere near a problem for good service. Will stand around talking about customers instead of fixing problems. Food was burnt twice. Also, their menu is halfway out of stock. Try the Dallas location if SMG is a must.

Zero stars - My daughter was at the 3pm showing of Spider-Man on December 28th. She ordered pretzels and a lemonade and paid with 20.00 in cash. The server did not provide her a receipt and did NOT bring her any change. Usually when I visit studio movie grills it’s always good but this location just wasn’t it. I don’t like that they automatically take a tip off because if I don’t feel service is right then I’ll tip what’s deserved. Secondly everybody I went with is food sick, literally throwing up and non stop stomach problems that started right after we finished our food here. I called to talk about the issue that we were all sick and nobody can pick up the phone. I’m not happy at all paying $40 for food plus a automatic $5 tip being taken and we’re all sick. Very high food for the quality to be making us sick
