Decided to have a date night at studio movie grill just to end up leaving the movie early due to the HEAT we felt it was literally 90 in there. I usually love movie grill but ever since the pandemic it's gone down bad... talk about waste or $$$ ... didn't even get to enjoy my food. Oh yeah servers were MIA they had their added grat already so they said PEACE

To start off, the closest and most convenient parking to go to studio movie grill is about a 3-4 minute walk (unless you want to pay to park nearby if you can even find parking). Once you get there, the place looks decently nice, nothing out of the ordinary, pretty okay so far. Same with the seats, they are okay I guess, the problem comes when I press the button to order my food. I pressed the button about 15 minutes before the movie started during the commercials, it wasn't until 20 minutes AFTER the movie started when someone came for my order. Not only that, several workers just walked past me. But that's not too bad, here is where it gets bad, I pay 40 dollars for a not bad but not great pizza, stale ass cheese fries that tasted microwaved. But here is the real kicked, 7 f$&*g dollars for a milkshake....1.30 extra for Oreo crumbles (literally 2 Oreos split into 8 pieces put on top of the shake) which literally had no whip cream, was okay at best. I had to drink it like I was rationing food while walking through the Sahara desert. The shake looked like somebody had taken a fat sip off it before it was delivered to me. Absolutely disgraceful, to add insult to injury, in the climax of the movie, this worker had the audacity of walking in-front of me and my girl, completely ruining the joy out of the movie. This along with the loud ass kids on the theater really did a number on my experience....

Studio Movie Grill stole my money. I gave them another chance. I wanted to like Studio. I walked up and Brian had an attitude as soon as I got to the ticket desk. Even my girlfriend thought it was rude that he was so aggressive. I knew about the 18% forced gratuity, and hoped that the service would match it. They give you the smallest ramekin of salsa for a big basket of chips and then ask for more money to give you more salsa to match the order of chips. Like...we know what you're doing. If you ever get the chips and salsa, or anything with any condiment. It's not proportionate with the food you need it for. I had to leave my he theater to ask for all the change back for my order. When I paid for the tab, I didn't get all my money back. And the gratuity had already been added to the bill. The manager walked up and said, "What is it?" Like, what?? You don't have better customer service? I work in the service industry as a manager, I'm not walking up to a customer saying this. She said that "she never gives all the cash back to customers, who pay with cash. That's not what Studio does." I had to ask for all of my change (still have the 18% forced gratuity). I waited 12 minutes at the end of Eternals for the manager to get to meet with me to handle this issue. I...
