I visited the Sub Station II on Knox Abbott Dr on 1/19/2022 and was greeted kindly as times past by the man on the register. However, what I didn't know was that they were understaffed. Only 2 salad/sandwich makets and one employee was slicing the meats also. These 2 employees worked very efficiently and without any negative vibes or outward showing that this day was just too much during the lunch crowd. Kudos to you 2 employees and I got the best scrap salad of freshness I've had in 2022. The employees made lemonade out of a sour lemony day. Thank you for a service well done.

I've eaten here for many years and love the Ultimate far and away better than those every corner subway shops nice people that have always been patient when making our food! My mother eats here once a week. Sometimes has to close early due to staffing during Covid. Good folks

Fast service, fresh ingredients=a great sub! Much better than the big national chains for sure!
