Subdragon 111 Thai Restaurant in Addison

The quality and care for the food at Subdragon111 was at a level that I did not expect. There has always been a Thai joint in the place where Subdragon 111 is currently running, however, the reputation had faltered over the years. Or at least that's what a family member who had recently eaten there made me assume. It was to my great satisfaction that they were proven wrong. I began my course with an order of crab rangoon; a personal must and guilty pleasure when eating Thai food. It was nothing special, which I frankly did not care much for. For my entree, I ordered the famed green curry soup, which, prior to my visit, I had read various reviews upon. Many had said it was the best curry they had ever tasted, some even proclaiming that it single-handedly made Subdragon 111 the best Thai restaurant in all of Chicago land suburbs. I wanted to see if these statements were simply exaggerations of lost hungry souls, or if they actually held true. The verdict? No, they were not exaggerations, this curry is the greatest curry I've ever had, wait my tongue is burning oh god I can't feel my tongue.
