Subway in Abbeville

Great food, great service, I eat at subway two to three times a week. I love subway.

Stopped for breakfast as they opened. The ladies were happy to help. The made our sandwiches quickly with the fixins we ask for. When I'm in the area I stop here all the time.

Ordered online through the app for several sandwiches. I arrived to find out that not only did they give my sandwiches away to someone with no proof or confirmation number that they were theirs, but they also couldn’t refund me my money nor make my order for me. I paid $35 for someone else to have dinner that night and was told essentially that it wasn’t their problem. I will not eat at another subway until they can right this problem.In short: don’t use their online ordering system because they will just give your food away to strangers and tell you that it isn’t their problem and you can’t have your food nor your money back.

SUBWAY IS ALWAYS GOOD.

Place was packed. Servers very professional, polite and efficent. Store was clean. It is my pleasure to write this review. The only thing wrongwas they were out of sweet tea. I'm sure that was due to volume of customers.

Several orders messed up, this store doesn't honor most of the online coupon codes, when I asked the employee about my salad that was messed up, they got really defensive and wanted to argue. It's not worth the hassle, and the worst part is I love Subway...

Usually never had an issue here, Google says they close at 11. Walked in at 8:40 and was told their closed. Asked what time she said 9… okay it’s 20 min till 9 and y’all can’t make 1 sandwich in 20 min? Might I add, there were 2 customers in there as well getting their food while I was told that.

I went in because I got a coupon for a meal $7.99. Before I ordered I ask if they would take it and the lady said yes. I ordered my food , got to the register to pay for some reason the coupon would not scan. The cashier asked another lady the manager I think. She look at me and said well if it doesn't scan I can't take it. But you can print it out . Like I have a printer with me . Then the cashier said that will be $12 and change. I ask again so you can't honor the coupon she said no so I told her never mind. Well I won't be back.

Closed , hours not adjusted..... rude employees

Two stars because the food was actually ok. However, the inside lobby was open, but restrooms were closed to the public. On July 14, 2021 at 8:45 PM the employees would not allow use of the restrooms. Also, the inside lights were shut off after completing our order to make it appear to the public as if they were closed although they were still open for another 15 minutes. What is wrong with the restaurants on the 431 corridor in Abbeville, AL? It’s as if they have absolutely no desire to be in business... well, not to worry. Keep this up and you will no longer be..

I wish I could say. Standing in line to order and realized even if we ordered lunch, we couldn't use the bathrooms. Three sets of other people left also. Why is the lobby closed? It's May 2021 and most places have at least opened the bathrooms. I.womder if the owners know. I'm not eating if I can't use the bathroom.

Online hours say they close at 10. Posted hours say they close at 9. We arrived at 8:45 and the door was locked. The girl sweeping the floor just looked at us and ignored us.

Terrible attitude of employees. Do not stop there expecting any kind of hospitality services. Makes sweet home Alabama sound like sour home Alabama. Rather be in Florida or Georgia.

Their , always over baked. I have had several issues with this location. But Mr Joy. ( Joy enterprises) they use to know me well. My name , lol was all over. I went into the subway at South side Walmart, the manager was working that day. We started talking, he asked my name. When I told him, I was like VIP. No issues there. He was happy I didn't have any complaints. He told me, " now if there is an issue with your food, let me know & I'll fix the problem . At manger meetings, your name is always brought up . And it is said, this man has been to just about all of our stores. He has legitimate problematic issues. So if he comes in make sure you and employees are doing what he asks

This place has hardly no one that you'll be in and out

Great place to eat but avoid the potholes there a suspension killer. When it rains you cant even see how deep they are ive damaged my car due to this so please be carful.

I order mostly online here and occasionally I'm a walk in. I always am left impressed. The store manager and employees are absolutely great at what they do. Hands down best Subway I've been to. Kudos to whoever is running the show and thanks for the employees that are always smiling even when they have an almost out the door line!

I went in today and their new employee bre made an AMAZING SANDWICH!!! I have never had a sandwich from any subeay that's been anywhere close to that good.. This was my second time ever going to the Abbeville store .. I love Michele and all her staff they're always so friendly and patient! Thanks Ladies!!!!

I went to the Subway in Abbeville, AL for lunch today after driving nearly 4 hours I was hoping for a bathroom break in addition to a lunch stop. Upon opening the door I noticed that they have their public bathrooms closed. I thought wonderful and my experience started going downhill from there. I then was greeted nicely and they asked me what I wanted. I asked for a Chicken Rotisserie which they said we don't sell anymore, then I asked for a Subway club, then they said we don't have roast beef anymore, then I said well, I'd like a Subway Melt and they said we don't sell that anymore. I asked you have turkey, ham, and bacon don't you and they said yes, and I said well then I want a Melt. Then they said it would cost more, and I said ok, no problem. Well she never asked what size sandwich I wanted only what kind of bread and I took my eyes off of the lady for a few seconds to see what they actually did sell at Subway (which was very few options). Then I see her making a foot long, when I really wanted a 6" sub. Next issue was when it was time to put on the sauces. I asked for one line and just a little bit of mayo because I take warfarin and too much mayo throws my blood levels off, well that one line turned into three in about a second. I was upset at this point and they were going to rake it off of my sandwich, but at that point I just wanted to get out there and never return. Also, come to find out at check out they are only doing bottled drinks and no fountain drinks. No big deal, but some prefer the larger fount...

Everything is always fresh & the staff is always friendly & helpful!

Not as good as it used to be, very slow only had one person working, and miss the two for Tuesday deal.. Not worth 30min from time enter the building to the time leaving the building with the food... Probably won't be back

Very clean and helpful staff. Condiment was fully stocked and looked fresh.I tried one one the new sliders and wasnt impressed. Couldn't taste the meat, however can't blame that on staff.I would return to this Subway.
