What can you say about Subway? Ordinarily it's a slam dunk, several terrific options for sandwiches. This location is always a little sketchy. Is usually there's a couple of high school kids running the place and most high school age food service workers generally don't really take much pride in preparation or customer service and, this comes from direct restaurant management experience, so I usually keep my expectations sort of low. But when you order three sandwiches and you spend 25 bucks, you'd at least like the bread to be fresh and the only way you're going to know that it is or it isn't, is by the associate not using stale bread or you personally find out when you get home and you unwrap your sandwich and the bread is like cement! The latter is what happened to us. And it's happened a couple of times at this location but normally we just roll it off and let it go. Because every experience can't be perfect but when the associate takes it out of that little steam cabinet and they put it on the counter and they start to cut it open to prepare your sandwich it's at that moment that they could just say this isn't a very good 6 inch or footlong piece of bread, let me get you a newer one.So, not able to leave a very positive review on this visit.
