I have been there a few times and have always had friendly staff and the sandwiches are always yummy. I want to give a shout-out to the two staff that were working Sunday afternoon the 26th of December. The young lad was pretty new but extremely nice and efficient. I hadn’t been there a wile so I was a little bit shocked on the price but he was so nice and explained all the charges and as I walked away I thought the world need more employees like them!!!!! I will always go to that location it’s the best!!!

I ordered online for pickup at the Arden Hills location. After picking up my order and returning back to work, I sat down to eat.. but unfortunately, my sandwich was made entirely wrong. When I went back to the store they refused to refund the order, they offered no apology, instead they rebuked with profanity. This has historically been my favorite Subway.. I am very saddened by this experience.
