Went through the drive through during lunch time on Saturday. Took 20mins to make 3 sandwiches and all 3 sandwiches were conpletly wrong toppings, not toasted, just a shuffled up mess. Go anywhere else and save yourself. The drive through is a touchscreen so all they had to do was read and they couldn't do that.

O my lord I’ve never experienced such bad customer service they all were cursing and saying they do not care if they get fired. I watched them put back a bread that they said had been sitting out for half an hour and they were rude to all the customers. They also tried rushing us out to close early at 7:30pm I had NEVER had an experience like this at any restaurant EVER

Subway location is 1524 TX-46, Seguin, TX 78155. Young man was making sandwiches with gloves, then doing cash transactions with same gloves. Then goes to the next order and puts his hands in all of the vegetable containers with the same gloves he was handling dirty money with. He was not changing his gloves between cashier transactions and food handling. Asking him to change gloves would have been pointless as all of the veggies were already contaminated. I'm sure he was doing this for hours. I chose not to eat here and went elsewhere.I happened to witness this Aug. 17th around 7:30pm. I've sent an email to Texas Department of State Health Services concerning this.
