I have not had a good experience yet at this location. But the last bad experience I had, I did the survey and expressed it, they emailed me back that it is being handled. So Subway definitely cares about its customers

I get the black forest ham foot long on Italian herb and cheese bread with all vegetables and sweet onion sauce and mayonnaise. Also super quick when in there. Overall pretty decent.
