Ordered food through the app and when my husband came home with it, my son’s sub had a long grey hair string. I think that workers should be wearing hair nets or some sort of protection because no one wants hair in their food.

I have to say I went in the subway the other night me and my son the food was really good the service was really bad it wasn't the older lady that was working that was bad she was really good and friendly with my son it was a younger girl that was working that was real rude. then after I ran my credit card then the woman actually had the nerve to ask me you can leave a tip too if you would like it was kind of shocked to be getting charged to tip at Subway but even though I got the bad service and it was good food I did also leave a tip which again I thought was a little weird for Subway.
