Sandwiched ordered using Subway app, was NOT toasted. Instead of CORRECTING (replacing) sandwich, The COMPLETED sandwich was offered to be toasted. TOASTED veggies? A disgusting mess!! Contacted Subway for assistance. Received an "apology". In response, explained that ONlY a replacement sandwich would result in a return. NO further response. EPIC fail in quality, customer service. Subway APP worked flawlessly which is futile if execution cannot deliver order correctly.
