I want the owner to see this. Normally I would take the company survey, but you need a paper receipt to do that. I ordered on the app but apparently I needed that paper receipt too in order to do the survey. Please tell Subway corporate to change that.The reason for my feedback is that I don’t want to come back to this store. It’s very close to work, but I would rather drive to the one 15 minutes away because of one of your employees. This gentleman works there full time because he’s the only one I’ve ever seen there except the one time I met the owner who was very nice and helpful. This particular employee is very unfriendly, never talks or responds to conversation, never smiles, never gives any sort of customer service. Normally I don’t care too much and I let it go because it is close to my work. But today I ordered in the app and he made my sandwich wrong. I came back and asked for a new one, and after he tried to tell me that I ordered the wrong thing I showed the receipt and asked I do he could remake it. He too my sandwich (the wrong one) off the counter and threw it in there trash can thee feet away, rolled his eyes, and frustratedly made a new sandwich as quickly as possible.
